Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year. RankRight SEO is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Our Business and Supply Chains

As a provider of digital SEO services, our business operations are primarily office-based and digital. Our supply chains are not complex and mainly consist of:

  • Software and Technology Providers: We use various software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for analytics, project management, and other business functions.
  • Freelance Professionals and Contractors: We engage with skilled freelancers for specialized tasks such as content creation, graphic design, and web development.
  • Office and Marketing Services: This includes standard office suppliers and professional service providers.

While we assess our risk to be low, we remain vigilant and are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and supply chains.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our internal policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we:

  • Conduct due diligence on new suppliers and partners where appropriate.
  • Have a clear process for engaging with freelancers and contractors, ensuring fair and legal contracts.
  • Encourage staff to report any concerns, and have whistleblower protection in place.
  • Review our supply chains periodically to assess risk.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide relevant information and training to our staff, particularly those involved in procurement and hiring.
